Noting that the program is a financial reward paid to those achievements in raising the wages, we encourage companies to further settlement, maintaining a certain level of salaries that we feel are a factor of stability. The maximum bonus is 50 value of the wage increment, the value does not exceed $ 10 million, and the salary cap does not exceed 15 000, the increase in wage is calculated comparing the first six months of the year with six other of the same year, and currently is the comparison between the level of salaries in the last six months of last year (2013), compared to the six months of the year (2014)
